How much time did each person record?
Use Employee hours to compare recorded totals across your selected period. Open time-entry detail for the records behind an employee's result.
TIME REPORTS & EXPORTS
Review the team, a client or a work location. Narrow the dates and approval status, then follow the hours into their supporting entries.

Review Client hours and filter by client or contract when those fields are available. Work descriptions add context to the recorded time.
Use Work site hours to review physical locations, remote work or unassigned time. Site intervals allocate the hours when a shift spans multiple locations.
Use Time entry detail to inspect the selected records and their statuses. Search names or work details to focus the review.
GIVE THE TOTAL ITS CONTEXT
A useful report starts with a clear scope. Managers select the dates, people and available work details that belong in the review.
Approval filters matter. An in-progress view can include open time, while other selections exclude open entries. The report's status is as important as its total.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT HANDOFF
Live reports reflect the selected records when generated. Use the available CSV download or print view for everyday management review.
Generate CSV, a CSV bundle, Excel or PDF from a selected payroll run revision. The generated file preserves the saved figures and its generation-time status.
Downloading or printing does not approve time, submit payroll or pay employees. Ordinary live reports do not reproduce a saved payroll snapshot.
READ THE HOURS CORRECTLY
Recorded unpaid breaks reduce payable time. Paid breaks can stay payable even when they do not count as work. Keep elapsed, working and payable hours distinct.
Understand break calculations →Overtime is classified across the full workweek before client, site or date filters are applied. Filtering to one location does not restart the employee's thresholds.
Understand overtime →The separate leave report distinguishes worked hours, approved paid leave and unpaid leave. Future approved leave helps with planning; it is not the same as payroll-ready paid time.
Explore leave & PTO →Company managers can review company reporting. Available client, contract and location controls follow the enabled settings and report scope. Selecting a filter does not grant access to another company's records.
Yes. Report selectors can include former employees, archived clients or contracts, and retired sites so retained historical records remain reviewable.
A shift visiting two sites can appear once in each site's count while its hours are allocated between the intervals. Adding the site counts together does not produce a distinct company-wide shift count.
Leave and holiday credits do not have client, contract or physical-site assignments. Those filters exclude the credit rows. Use an appropriate all-client or all-site scope, or the leave report, to review them.
Where export tracking is active, relevant source changes can flag a tracked export for replacement review. Check the changed records and generate a new file as appropriate. A print view does not create the same CSV export-history record.
Live contract estimates use the contract's current rate. They are not historical invoice prices or proof of collected revenue. Saved payroll revisions are a separate workflow.
Reduce the date range or choose an employee to stay within the report's supported record limits. Invalid time or break records may also need correction before calculations can complete.
